Common questions.
What does an outdoor kitchen cost?
It swings widely. A covered pavilion with a masonry fireplace and full outdoor kitchen is a different project from a grill surround on an existing patio. Tell us roughly what you picture and a budget range, and we will tell you which one you are describing.
Can you build onto my existing patio or pool deck?
Often yes. We look at the existing slab, drainage and how a new roof would tie into the house before promising anything.
Screened or open?
Both. Screened rooms get used more in summer; open pavilions feel bigger and show off the framing. We will walk you through the trade-off for your yard.
Do you do the pool too?
We build the structures, decking and outdoor kitchens around the pool and coordinate with pool contractors on the water itself.
